I’m simply tying to provide honest constructive feedback so guests in the future have a better experience. As noted, items needing improvement are better cleaning, better kitchen and cooking utensils, and improved checkin/access. There were also some safety features and electrical issues that concerned me - inadequate smoke and CO2 detectors and safety check was not updated for a month. There was a faulty electrical outlet in the master bath that created a hazard. The keypad and door were challenging- often hard to get out. Finally, I was very disappointed that we did not receive the access code before checkin. We waited outside and after several calls, texts and emails, Goltz finally sent it. I had initially requested to check in a little early, but we got access later than standard checkin time. It was frustrating after a long day of travel and waiting outside with groceries. Thank you.
