“Biscuits were hard as a rock . Snacks are way to expensive when u have a convenient store right around the corner. Room was very clean and nice maintenance work and paint touch ups are needed especially for a 150 night stay. Room only had one tiny tv usually in a suite we get two tvs. Or at least a very large tv.... Elevator needs maintenance it was very slow and glitchy.. your staff is really nice though so that is a plus .. but we probley won't stay at this location for that price with only……

“Beautiful hotel / casino ! We love the amenities. I would’ve gave it five stars if it wasn’t for the lack of communication with the TV repair in our room. But the matter was discussed and dissolved by the director who was excellent and listened to my point of view.”

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”
