“​I had called a week ago to make sure the 4-year-old was added to the booking, and the lady told me it was "common sense" and she didn't need to check. But when I got there, she flipped. She started shouting at me in the lobby, claiming me as a "criminal" and a "liar" because the child wasn't on the original Expedia paperwork. ​She eventually told me she’d let us in, but only if I "acknowledged the crime and lie" I had committed. It was the most unhinged, bullying behavior I’ve ever seen. I told……

“I almost never take time to give a bad review, but in this case, I think it’s fair for potential customers to know information. Firstly, I’d like to point out, there was a very nice young woman who did try to help. Other than that, we were disappointed in our stay and will not be going back. The room smelled of smoke. The mattress was covered in cheap plastic, so the thin sheets slid off easily. The bed covering was very very thin. The air conditioner worked, but was loud and covered in dust.……
