Rooms smelled terrible, even on the top floor with a premium room. Ballroom and meeting areas were nice, though. The hotel needs a major renovation. As earned by other reviewers, the AC did not work as claimed. It read 70 but felt like 80. I would not return until/unless renovated.

So to start, got a double room that connected 1 room for my mom and daughter and a second room for me and my two sons rooms 824 and 826 my room bathroom handicapped shower rail broke so they moved me. It was our last night, I said we had one night left it's fine I didn't wanna move everything, still moved us to a new room anyway. We got room 822....the new room we got, had issues, the bathroom door knob was broken and my 5-year-old got stuck for a minute to make it worse the light flickered like a horror film so that made it worse for my son while I and his 16-year-old brother tried to get him out. Today 7/6/2024 I told the front desk lady the issues she said she would let the manager know so something could be done. I spent almost 1700.00 dollars for a double room for 4 nights. It was very old and outdated and needs some upgrades. I mean while the staff was great to us top-notch even. Now the parking mobile thing could be better i would send a message 20-30 minutes before going down and would end up having to show the guy my cell phone vehicle number so he can go get it. All in all in the end our family vacation was great the hotel stay could have been better but the manager never engaged us or remedied anything. In the future would not stay here again just due to management not caring for the amount of money spent and the trouble to move from room to room.

This was the absolute WORST stay I have ever had at a hotel. The entire hotel was hot/humid. Our room was miserably hot and humid and the staff stated we were going to be getting a new room. That never happened. Biggest was of $1300 ever.

They charged a $75.00 fee for early check in. Never notified of this extra charge. We could have waited an hour. I am not sure why a corporation can just charge a fee without notification. Hotel is run down, rooms smell of mold and should have been remodel 10 years ago.

underwhelming
for a Hilton property in a downtown venue and a property of some historical significance (JFK), I found the property underwhelming and outdated. We had electrical outlets in the room that did not work, the 2 working elevators (of 3) were uncomfortable to ride, noisy, clanking creating on edge passengers. In Room dining services underwhelming, bag delivery and plastic utensils just not a positive dining experience - would get Uber delivery next time. Staff was friendly - just disappointed in a Hilton experience

I was staying for 5 days, the first 3 days I was without shower gel, I requested on several occasions to be able to bathe with soap and not shampoo, finally my last 2 days they deigned to place shower gel, the last night as if that were not enough I had no service The room was as I left it in the morning, a real mess, the House Kipping departmen is a real desaster

Hangin' at the Hilton
Hotel in fair condition for its age. Elevators were probably installed by Mr. Otis himself. Parking is an issue in Ft Worth, but the Hilton charges double compared to similar establishments in Sundance Square area. Chincy on coffee for room's coffee maker; had to plead for extra everyday. It's a mediocre hotel at best.
