Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast served in the Presidente Comfort Hotel. Also pool from Comfort Hotel can be used. All this is nice, but: Some rooms only have a window facing a light shaft and you have to lean out the window to see the sky above you. In this light shaft the airconditions are installed which causes a lot of noise and it smells very musty. These rooms are terrible. It is not written in the description that some rooms have just these windows, so I cannot recomend this hotel.

Razoável

Ja tinha indo a este hotel e por ter gostando voltei so que dessa vez não foi tao bom como da primeira vez. Acho que mudaram o cozinheiro pois a comida não foi boa como da primeira vez. Nem no jantar nem o café dá manhã, também achei o cúmulo do absurdo um refrigerante de latinhas custa 12 reais acho que o Procon deveria ver a questão de preços absurdo em hotéis, também de todos os funcionários só uma senhora do café da manhã que estava de cara fechada parecia um general.

Habitaciones viejas pero buenas instalaciones

Este hotel comparte comedor y piscina con el hotel del mismo nombre sin la palabra económico y sin instalaciones buenas y desayuno estupendo pero la habitación, a pesar de tener buenas camas, le falta un buen arreglo. Está todo muy viejo y de haberlo sabido me hubiese alojado en el otro pero estuve bien y fueron muy amables.

As instalações do hotel são simples , mas o grande diferencial são o atendimento , os funcionários são muito cordiais e prestativo . Outras vantagens : localização e o Café da manhã ( TDB). O custo benefício é muito bom .

Péssima experiência

Pior experiência de hospedagem da minha vida. Reservei esse hotel pela avaliação, fotos do quarto e banheiro. O quarto 50, o qual foi nos destinado, é um horror! Banheiro super velho, sem bancada, piso afundado, paredes rachadas, chuveiro elétrico que sai água em 1 furo sim, 10 não; água mega quente e chuveiro super alto e com local de mudar temperatura travado. Quarto com assoalho de madeira barulhento, onde anda e dá a sensação de afundar. Cama ruim. Café da manhã com variedades de alimentos, porém nada saboroso. Para esse padrão de quarto, teria oferta por média de 150 reais; paguei média de 280 reais, um absurdooo! Fui enganada pela avaliação e fotos.

Estávamos viajando em família e ocupamos 4 apartamentos, sendo 3 pelo hotéis.com. Hotel com dificuldades na infraestrutura. A Caldeira não funciona direito, algumas vezes o banho estava frio. Ao chegar, apesar de termos solicitado cama de casal, foi oferecido camas individuais. Tinha cheiro de banheiro nos apartamentos. Em um dos apartamentos encontramos sobra de lanche do hóspede anterior. Ficamos três noites e em todas disparou o alarme de incêndio, em mais de uma vez por noite. Entrei em contato com o site hotéis.com e solicitei troca para outro hotel da rede, o que não foi aceito pelo hotel, mesmo oferecendo a compensação de valores.

Pontos positivos: Funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. Café da manhã. Limpeza. Pontos que precisa de ajuste. O hotel precisa de uma reforma e atualização em suas estruturas e mobílias. Parece que parou nos anos 80. Já estive em hotéis com diárias mais baratas e com estrutura mais moderna. Problema: O alarme de incêndio disparando sem motivo na madrugada. Isso foi algo que atrapalhou o sono.

Banheiro minúsculo, não tinha cobertor, quarto bem velho. Hotel com pintura toda descascada. Café da manhã horrível! As camareiras passavam gritando e fazendo barulho. Me senti num cortiço. A pior estadia da minha vida.
