“Staff weren't too knowledgeable as far as promos and discounts for frequent flyers like myself and my brother. We live out of state and granted we are only an hour away but I like to have my ducks in and row before.we get there. When I made the reservation over the phone I was told one thing (that's why we went) and then when we got there, it was a different thing. The front desk staff told me I could get ahold of, sorry the name escapes me, and speak with them because they were the person in……

“Our room wasn’t that clean, found crumbs on the chairs and close to the fridge. We found hair in the bathroom and Ants. The bathtub was clogged, water took time to go. Sheets were clean but the couch had dirty spots. The floor was dirty too. Ice machine didn’t work. I liked the layout of the suite. My kids liked the swimming pool. Breakfast was ok.”
