“We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to……

“We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents’ 50th anniversary on this trip. The house was perfect it comfortably accommodated everyone in our group, from elders to teens to little kids. We enjoyed all the amenities, and the management was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.The only drawback was the beach access. During a previous visit to this same property, we had a convenient access point just a block away (Miami St) .……

“This property was exactly everything it said it was ! We absolutely loved waking up directly on the ocean where our chairs and umbrellas were readily available for us daily ! The breathtaking views , spacious rooms and Chris was quick to respond and check in was quick and easy ! We definitely will look at booking again ! ”

“House was as described. Great home and clean. Would recommend for large families. Golf carts were great to use. Management property addressed the small things like replacement microwave and loose shower rod. Good communication. Only small issue was previous renter trash was not picked up until the middle/tail end of our trip making the front area overflowed with trash. ”

“It’s less than a 5 minute walk from the front door to the sand. House has an amazing fully fenced yard for our dogs and an in- ground pool. The only down side was you cannot take tents or Shibumi’s of any kind on the beach. The house comes with 1 umbrella and 2 chairs but we had 7 people. I rented an extra 2 umbrellas for 369.00 for the week. We had 5 chairs of our own. That was the only unknown we ran across. Would definitely rent again !! ”
