“This little home was great! It had all the amenities that you needed and was close to the lake. The host was the exceptional host I have had the pleasure to stay in their home. I would 10 out of 10 recommend!!!”

“The place was very clean and the host was very responsive with communication. We were there for a bass tournament at Lake Palestine and we had adequate parking for two boats and trucks.”

“Nasty! Extreme amount of mold. This house shouldn’t be allowed to host guest. Dangerous staircase. Curtains not in the walls properly and falling. Roaches on the dishes. No central heat and air. Do not book here! ”

“This is a lovely property! Everything we needed and more. We will definitely return. It's nice to have nearby groceries so you dont have to pack everything.”

“The staff was amazing! We had trouble with the smoke alarm going off several times. There first time was the night we arrived. All we had to do was reset it! There next time it went off was at midnight, we reset it! The third time was 6 in the morning, we couldn’t get it to stop. The alarm was hard wired, we couldn’t just take out the batteries. We had texted the number of the management and they responded very quickly. We were offered another cabin, but we did not want to pack up and move in……

“環境好，附近有公園，也近購物地點，房間也很大及舒適，餐廳工作的女士很有禮貌及親切。”

“Muy limpio muy buena atención”

“Only thing I asked for were new towels. Never got them. Other than that, there was a chill place to stay.”

“Great staff!”

“No hot water the first night. Mini fridge was not cold. No plugs in drains in bathtub or sink. No pool or breakfast area. No coffee pot in room nor in the building. Some sort of air freshener that deployed through the AC system, although it was a pleasant smell it was so strong your eyes would water. What’s will let us go back is the extremely polite, respectful, and helpful staff. You could not ask for a better manager on site!”

“This is an excellent property for families. My grandchildren loved swimming, kayaking and fishing from the dock. When we weren't fishing we played billiards, watched movies and played games inside. They didn't even ask to go somewhere but We did go to Bass Pro shop which was very close by in Tyler. The sunsets from this property are beautiful.”

“Super cute and cozy! The hosts were amazing!”

“I love staying here no complaints but my bed was terrible. I felt the could and perimenopausal me could not take it on my hips or back :( otherwise great stay.”

“Tried to scam me out of 100 dillars”

“Fabulous house with fabulous hosts! So glad to find this gem of a place to stay! We were so comfortable and felt at home in this sweet little house. The double bunk beds really open up the possibilities for our family of 5 to rest comfortably. Attention to detail, superb communication, and extremely accommodating to meet all our needs…these hosts demonstrate the very best of hospitality!”
