“Awesome place to get away from it all and relax”

“Beautiful property! The cabin (more like a rustic house—I mean this in a good way!) was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The only thing I would recommend is a handrail for indoor stairs. We had a short but wonderful stay! We will definitely return when we have more time.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary stay at Uncle Toad's Cottage! The cabin was cute, cozy, and clean. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire pit. We also enjoyed the lake views and hiking around the property.We definitely woukd reccommend this retreat.”

The owners respond very quickly if you need any help. Cleaning services are not provided, so you have to do it yourself. Overall it was a good experience.”

“Absolutely gorgeous house and property. The kids games were so nice to have with a toddler and the cows right outside the front door were a hit! We brought extra towels and blankets and didn’t need them so that was nice too!! I would love to book this house again and come back to town when we can stay more than just 1 night so we have more time to enjoy it. The fresh eggs in the fridge made me smile as we have chickens at home too. :) ”
