“Room had not been cleaned, dirty towels left on kitchen table, garbage in waste baskets . Toilet did not flush properly, ( they did have toilet plunger, thank goodness) smoke alarm was missing, exposed wires. Staff did come in to clean room, but did not warn about the toilet not flushing properly.”

“Everything about this property was top-notch. We were here for a quick medical trip at nearby UM Health West and were blown away by how thoughtful the setup is. The hosts, who have truly thought of every detail, are excellent communicators and very responsive The open and accessible spaces made it easy to move about. “This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. “The house looked like it wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival. There were sex toys next to one of the beds and sex toy boxes in the trash can. There was blood smeared on walls and the couch was dirty. We never found the remote to the TV and there were no cups in the kitchen. The sheets were dirty too. I would not recommend this place. ”

“The owners were very nice and helpful, they were able to do our laundry and responded promptly to anything we requested. Bed was comfortable and had a good time on the lake. Would recommend their properties. Only bad things were dishes weren't the cleanest and the water had a foul odor.”

“We arrived to a filthy place after driving very far. There was beer and coffee cream on the table, a garbage bag hanging on on of the chairs, there was another full garbage bag on the kitchen floor, the beds weren’t made, dirty towels all over the floor and we were completely disappointed. When we reached the owner, he was unapologetic and simply said “send me pictures to prove you didn’t make the mess and I’ll refund you”. This was not a great way to celebrate our 22 year wedding anniversary. ”

“The listing is a bit misleading, posting as a 5-bedroom when, in fact, it is a 4-bedroom with 2 queens that can be separated with a shower curtain. That does not make it two bedrooms. It is large, it is clean, and we made it work. They need to work on the technology a bit, as the TV in the main living room is not properly set up, and the WiFi never connects. 1st world problems, but not items we should have to ask about. ”
