Great location and helpful staff. Bar closed around 10.30pm which was surprisingly early.
The hotel is very well placed for exploring Ghent, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are very good and varied.
The room we were assigned was a strange layout. Neither of us are tall but the slanted ceiling in the bedroom was restrictive. It was probably felt to be a good use of space but it was an uncomfortable room, although clean and in good shape
The staff were all great and very helpful. we got an upgraded room and it was ready for us early since we arrived before check in.
Great location. Helpful staff. Not very much more to be said.
Big clean rooms. Good bedding. Amazing location. Very pleasant, helpful desk staff
Location is awesome, great checkin. Lovely old building but watch out for small beds, steep stairs, small rooms and no air, as it is a great couple of historic buildings. Ask if you have questions. Great modern bathroom
The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very nice and well appointed, though not particularly large. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The bar in the lobby was very modern and fun, a great place to meet with coworkers before going to dinner. The location of the hotel itself was awesome, right ...
Great location. Great style. Superb staff. We would stay again and highly recommend to others.
