"Enjoyed my stay"

"Beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities, nice staff, but if you plan to get rest ask for a room not facing the Courtyard. We were there for our daughter’s State meet for gymnastics, so we had to get up early. Unfortunately, there was a wedding in the courtyard. The wedding was over by 10:00 p.m. but the staff continued moving tables and chairs until after 11:00. Lots of noise! The same thing happened the next day after a banquet they were holding. So, beautiful hotel but we’re tired. I texted the number we were given to text, but no response. For how expensive the hotel was, I thought we would get better rest. "

"The room is ok but it’s dark and i didn’t feel comfortable. The flush in toilet is slow, water in the shower goes down very slow. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking space is tight- too close to other cars, concerned youll hit the car next to you or they’ll hit my car. "

"My hotel stay was great. The room was very clean. There was Dove body wash in the bathroom. It was quite at night. There was complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate at night. Front deck staff was very helpful and nice. There was also many restaurants near by to eat. "

"I would like to give a special thanks to Erin who works in reservations at the front desk for making mine and my girlfriend's first experience at the hotel Rock lititz a very memorable special excellent stay. She worked with me in the florist that I had flowers delivered to the hotel to make it a special moment for my girlfriend who is totally moved and emotionally overcome with everything from check-in to delivering the flowers to my room. I live in Maryland and she lives in lititz so I had to do the flowers at their local flower shop delivered not knowing exactly how things were going to be when I walked into the room. I was truly impressed with how well working with the florist and Erin. Through the emails and through the phone calls. The room was very clean the restaurant bar experience was exceptional. The food at the restaurant in the staff were extremely courteous friendly and outgoing. We will definitely be back there as they say first impressions have long lasting memories. Thanks again to Erin in the florist that delivered the flowers."

"The telephone did not work in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned at any time. A number of request for towels were made, and we were told they’d be sent, but never were."
