“The staff was very courteous and helpful with information. The room was ready at check-in time and was very comfortable. No problems at all. Due to a personal plan change unrelated to Hampton Inns, I did not get a chance to try the complementary breakfast. The hotel was very convenient to areas along the west I-10 corridor.”

“The bathroom was dirty unpin arrival but the nice ,helpful,and thoughtful men at the front counter(he had dreads) came and refresh the bathroom so we can at less use it.I really appreciate him doing that.The next day I called front desk trying to explain the situation because he told me to request room services for a complete cleaning of the restroom.As I was explaining the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish and just interrupt me.I thought that was rude of her.The room services came she……
