Fulton Condominium Resorts to Rent

The location of the hotel was across the street from the harbor. You were located right in the center of action. I enjoyed the fact you could walk across the street and fish right off the pier. Take your morning walk on the street right next to the water. And the grounds were so inviting with the trees and picnic tables just outside the door to your room. There was a place to eat across the street and next door was the gift shop. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We usually stay at the La Quinta but this hotel was offering a competitive price and we figured since it was brand new we would give it a try. This hotel was very nice and very clean. My only complaint is the bed was hard but I am also used to sleeping on a memory foam so I cant complain to much. House keeping was wonderful and they even picked up and organized my things which were thrown all over the room from us getting ready that morning. Breakfast was served from 6a-10a and was pretty good,...

I like the open and the rooms was very roomy. I did not like the riom have an lingering pet odor.

This hotel did not meet our expectations, they exceeded them!! It was perfect … from the friendly greeting and introduction to Rockport at the front desk to all the details in the room that made it perfect for an anniversary weekend getaway. Some of our favorite restaurants and gift shop were just a short stroll from the hotel. No need to hop back in the car after a long drive earlier in the day. Breakfast had plenty of hearty options and the presentation was neat and the dining room pleasant...

Stayed for 3 nights and was very comfortable and clean. Pool was very nice too! Breakfast was very good with eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy and all the normal continental breakfast items along with a very sweet and happy breakfast attendant. We have no complaints about our stay and will be returning.

I mainly chose this property due to the high rating from previous customers plus a very competitive rate. When we arrived at the location we were greeted by Vanessa at the front desk who made us feel very welcome right away and gave us first class service. The property lived up in every way to the 8.6 rating from prior reviews. It is an older establishment, but had been renovated very well and our room was just as modern as any newly constructed hotel. The room was very spacious, very...

Wow! This cottage rental has beyond exceeded our expectations. Our room was extremely clean and looked like it had been taken straight from a magazine. We were very happy with our experience. Great job Oasis Resort!

Good breakfast, Professional and nice personal The only one complaint that someone next door slams theirs door in 6am in the morning, but they can't fixed stupid people.

Nice area and walkable to beach

We loved our sta

They no longer have the cook to order breakfast so that is a big downer but they still are a great place to stay!

We’ve been staying at this place for years. Super friendly staff. Very clean. It’s close to many activities, shopping, & the beach. I’ve stayed here with just my husband and myself and also with our kids. We always enjoy our stay!

Great place to stay, friendly owners, and great location! The fishing pier was great!

Great location. It’s a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the Bier Haus which is a fun spot with good food and drink. Room was cold and clean, huge spread for breakfast and the waffles were yummy. Staff went above and beyond!

Great stay no issues .

Handy with the kitchenette HEB block away the free ferry to Port Aransas right down the road

We enjoyed this hotel. Great staff. Hot morning breakfast. Walking distance to beach. Pool was open (if a bit cold). Walking distance to the main street. Beds were comfortable. Currently housekeeping will not come into rooms. However, if you catch them in the hall or ask at the front desk - towels can easily be exchanged, TP/Toiletries replaced, and trash picked up. Laundry facilities are a single unit on each floor. We had no problem accessing them, however if the building was busier it...
