“Pool was closed.... Room was great and spacious. The shower was maybe the best around. Breakfast was just okay.”

“One of the beds in my room had a stain on the bedsheet, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they did give me a 1000 point bonus with an apology, which I appreciate. I was able to sleep in the other queen bed in that room without problems. As I was checking out the next morning, a different lady at the front desk was pretty rude to me when I was attempting to get a zero balance statement on my bill. She told me twice that she could not do for me when I was asking her to do, but……

“We booked on Expedia a 2 queen bed room. When we checked in we were given a King suite room. Really needed the extra bed for our kids. All of the rooms were booked so we had to make do with what we had. The staff was helpful getting a roll away bed and the kids made it. Just not getting what we booked was inconvenient. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was super helpful that morning.”

“The bed was squeaky and the rooms were dirty. The pool was not clean. There were leaks in the hallway with towels soaking up the leaks from the ceiling. The breakfast was not very good and the coffee was watered down. The staff was nice, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel.”
