“It's ok for business trip.”

“We were lucky to find an available room with it being race weekend. The staff was amazing, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was awesome and the water temp was also good. The air was cold at first but through the night I wasn’t as cold. The hotel is old and needs a major update especially for the price. We felt safe and was in a great area. Honestly other than needed to be updated I can’t complain.”

“Host was great. Responsive and helpful. The place though, master shower knob just spun, not working. Towel rack in the main bath wasn’t attached to wall, coffee pot and coffee maker were mismatched and didn’t work.”

“Inexcusable. Refund is in progress. 1) Sticky floors throughout my room; 2) Mold on ceiling in my room; 3) Sheets had stains; 4) Elevator inspection certificate nearly a year expired; 5) Shower head was at my shoulders (I'm 5'10 lol). I'm fine with an older property and don't exactly ask for luxury when traveling for work, but this place didn't even meet the bare minimum.”
