"Friendly staff. Since before arrival I called to make sure check in would be smooth since I was arriving very late. Representative made notes and assured me everything was good. When we arrived seamless process. We were assigned room rep provided direction. Ac wasn’t working in room however quickly moved us to another room and made sure everything was good before they left. Clean and well maintained. Easy check out. Happy with customer service provided by Staff, they even offered advice on things to do nearby."
