"Physical environment and staff"

"The clerk went out of his way to give us information on the meteor shower, which we were there to see. He even told us the best times to show up at the viewing site. The room was clean and a very nice size, especially the lovely shower. And we both enjoyed the nice selection of food at the breakfast buffet. We highly recommend this prooerty."

"The property is beautiful aside from the beauty of the park around it. 99% of the staff was fantastic, friendly and welcoming. The person checking me in was not super friendly at all. Did his job but with absolutely no kindness or personality at all. At over $300/ night, some kindness seems a reasonable expectation. The pool is beyond compare, the room was clean and well equipped. Would definitely come back and hope for a nicer front desk staff member! "

"Very cozy and quiet place. We had a wonderful stay, watching stars late night with barbecue, patio is beautiful and clean with chairs and swing to enjoy the mountain view. Also visited Death Valley which was just 1 hr drive from the home. Misty was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. House was also stocked with all the necessary stuffs in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Love the place and definitely shall come back with friends to stay longer here. "
