"The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was working. The staff were not overly helpful and one of them actually acted as though it was too much trouble to answer my questions. I left feeling very confused by some of his instructions. “Don’t go out the back door or you will not be able to get back in your room.” He did not clarify. As a result we could not sit in the chairs on the porch that evening. Just a minor irritation I guess. The food in the bar was well prepared."
