Friendly staff. Room was recently renovated - somewhat. There was a hold in the bathroom wall that had a plastic cup in it, the tub was peeling, and toilet was very loud.

The hotel sits back off the highway behind a couple of budget friendly fast food establishments. The facility is under new management that is in the process of improving the facilities.We were in town for a funeral so we didn't partake of the pool or really explore the complex. Our room was clean, amenities were stocked and the ac worked. We just really needed a place to sleep as all of our activities were away from the room. The complex is well lit at night and patrolled by police due to proximity to late night fast food establishments. There is a brand new gated apartment complex behind the hotel. We did not have any issues with loud noise from the apartments or other guests. We felt safe and were able to relax. We would stay here again.

Staff was friendly, beds were good. Property was overgrown, pool was green. Got the tv working after finding the cords and plugging the dish box in. Toilet leaked, bath tub leaked. Room was very humid inside. Carpet was sticky & grimy. Don't walk without shoes

The room itself was nice. The spiders and large roach in the tub was not! There was an inch and a half gap under the door! The pool was horrible! So dirty! The water was very murky. The lawn hadn't been mowed in a while. Trash laying around everywhere! I will never go back!

Swamp Swimming pool

First of all You get what you pay for. This dirt Tel, Everything in our room was dirty( like the pool) The floor, the ironing board cover, towels. So why didn't I tell the front desk, she wasn't a happy person The Air was Kicking, and I kept telling myself You get what you pay for.... The Bed was very comfortable with it's Curtain, for a bedspread. You can't make this stuff up.

The property looked abandoned. The lobby smelled good, The check in was ok. The green areas looked neglected, the grass was all overgrown. The pool was green. The shower curtain has holes so the wall at the bathroom. The reservation was for 4, we called the lobby because there were only two towels. The call was made around 8:30pm and they said before 11pm they will deliver them, they never did.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. HOWEVER, I booked a handicap accessible room weeks in advance. On check in, I was told the hotel no longer had any handicap accessible rooms and the manager was trying to get the website updated. We returned to our room at 1:00 am and discovered that the a/c didn’t work! We switched to another room that had working a/c. HOWEVER, there was no fire alarm, the bath/shower looked aweful, and the sink stopped up. Don’t stay here unless you’re only planning to be there for 20 minutes!

The bathroom was not playing the top on the toilet was busted and they had a different one put on it cover the shower was nasty. The air conditioner. The pump was falling off of it is noisy. The bed was good, but that’s about all the side grass in front of our room with the pine hasn’t been weeded mode. The breakfast was awful. You couldn’t run the toaster in a waffle maker at the same time without throwing a breaker underneath the cabinet. There was no water on the breakfast Bar. The sausage was good but we ran out of food because that lady said it was close to nine. it wasn’t 816 so I should’ve had more food there. There was nobody taken care of them, but it was just not a very good experience and we will never go back there

The staff member at check in, Rocky, was the best thing about this stay. He was very nice in explaining to my 5yr old and myself why the ENTIRE POOL WAS GREEN AND FILLED WITH ALGI! Completely unable to touch the water and sore to the eye. The management of this property has done nothing to maintain the pool. They advertise a very nice pool, FALSE ADVERTISING, at its finest. The only reason we booked this hotel was for 4th of July holiday swimming… we were offered snacks instead to compensate for the false advertising. They were “unable to give a refund” but Rocky was nice enough to offer a small substitute with the snacks. The manager is fully aware of the pool situation and has yet to fix it. The pool should’ve been have maintenanced months ago. They also advertised this hotel as a “Quality Inn”, it is actually a “Suburban Home Hotel”. And if you’re looking forward to the “free”breakfast that comes with your stay… there was no staff cleaning or putting out fresh food at breakfast. In fact, there was a halfway cooked, doughy waffle on the waffle maker, stuck to it. 👎

We were surprised how clean and spacious of the room unit we were booked in despite the outside property being hideous. 40 minutes to get into a room due to first one key did not work and the door lock was broken literally hanging off the door...secondly one bed in room when we reserved 2 Queens, third time...key card did not work because employee gave us the wrong number verbally saying 211 when it was 221, finally when we return he stated he said another room yet he did not give us a key card holder or write down the room number, he gave it to us verbally knowing he had a heavy Asian Indian accent. Next day only turn the key in, no one read it just stare until I had to say something and when I asked the question they seem to end it because I had to question about breakfast. We wouldn't ever stay at this location again and oh my goodness trash everywhere, the pool looked as if aliens had invaded, it was terrible but I must say the room was nice besides the toilet lid needed replaced and the bathroom door handle was falling off. Choice Hotels is shameless for allowing such owners to franchise under their name. This is a Quality Inn motel not a Quality Inn hotel which are much nicer.

When we arrived (2 elderly ladies) and walked into the lobby we were astonished. It was filthy. There were unattended plants in the lobby that had clearly not been watered in a long period of times. There was NO furniture, just the plants on the floor near the entrance. There were dead leaves from the various plants and other dirt and debris on the floor. There was a sign on the front desk that read back in 5 minutes. That didn't happen. There was a bell, and I rang it numerous times with no answer. This was at four oclock in the afternoon. During our stay, there were several times that we went to the front desk. We finally would call the hotel directly and tell them we were waiting and someone would come out of the back. It was clear that they had been sleeping. The room..... The linens were clean and as promised the bed was very comfortable. There was not a chair in the room. The bathroom door was broken. REALLY broken. It looked as if someone had kicked it in. It would not remain closed while you showered or during other necessities. The blow dryer didn't work. The pool was green and the fence around it was closed and locked. The property was littered with all manner of filth. Paper, food containers, broken toys, etc. There was not any type of "ash tray" outside and as a consequence there was smoking debris on all the sidewalks. We did stay there, although we did not feel safe. It could be a lovely facility, but it isn't. It was below low!
