“On arrival at noon we reported that wind was blowing trash from a full can outside the main entrance.
Despite being a Hilton Honors member, we had to wait until 2:15 for housekeeping to make our king-bed reservation room available.
I was flabbergasted that you didn’t have a complimentary breakfast. You could have issued a coupon at next door Cracker Barrel.
The room itself was excellent.”

“The property was great. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the staff helpful and the coffee excellent. However, I had to make my own reservation with the hotel when I arrived for the night I wanted. My experience with the Expedia App was very unsatisfactory. Somehow the Expedia App reserved the night after the date I wanted. I was trying to change it when the app sent the reservation through anyway. I tried the Chat feature on the App twice and lost the connection twice. ……
