I liked how friendly and accommodating the hotel staff was. I did not like the mold/mildew around the and in the bathtub/shower, not the mold/mildew stains on shower curtain. There was pink nail polish on the side of the nightstand. The walls are very thin. We could here all interaction with the couple next door.

We enjoyed our two BR 2 bath Signature stay. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. Would have appreciated some extra towels in the room but staff was quick to deliver more at request. Pool towels would have been plus. We had to go looking for some. The balcony provided a gorgeous view but the furniture was very uncomfortable and could have used a quick once over prior to room occupancy. The snack bar was convenient with a decent food selection at a reasonable price. Love a readily available luggage cart!! The infinity pool and hot tub were fabulous- clean and well maintained. The swim up bar was not available but the snack bar was and convenient to the pool area. Again, the furniture pretty uncomfortable. Beach access convenient and close - a shower to re-enter the property would have been a plus. Wristband “keys” were nice. The property was a bit hard to find even with GPS. All in all: highly recommended! Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.
