In our room some of the lights didn't work
The mattress was old and uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy
The sink drained slowly
Our room keys didn't work the next day
looking at the rating that this hotel got, it didnt deserve as a high of a rating as it was posted.
I rarely post poor reviews but we were disappointed in our stay
