DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY CANCEL YOUR PRE-PAID RESERVATION AND LEAVE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!!!
I had **two separate prepaid reservations** at Cobblestone Suites because the hotel was unable to combine them into one continuous stay. On the morning of my first reservation, around **7:00 a.m.**, I went to the front desk to confirm what I needed to do. I specifically asked if I would need to check out and back in later that day. The front desk employee told me **yes**, and said I could return around **6:00 p.m.** to check in because my room would be ready after **4:00 p.m.** She assured me there would be **no problem**.
Later that day, I received an email stating that **my reservation had been canceled**.
I immediately called the hotel and was told my reservation had been canceled because **they had no rooms available**. I explained that I had booked and prepaid this reservation over a week in advance. The response was simply that they physically had no rooms.
I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager wasn't there. When I asked when the manager would be available, I was told, **"I don't know. The manager doesn't come in."** The front desk employee also told me there were many reservations they could not honor.
I was simply told to "call around" and find another room myself. The only hotel within an hour was $500 more per night. Cobblestone won't reimburse me for the extra expense they made me incur.
