There's significant sagging in the bedroom mattress and the one on the pull-out couch is in pretty bad shape, both caused us some back pain. There are so many things to do near this location. We visited Hyde Park, had lunch at the Culinary Institute, hiked the Monhonk Preserve, explored Historic Huguenot Street, checked out New Paltz for the first time and did the Walkway Over the Hudson on the way home. The photos are accurate; if anything, they do not do justice to the beauty of the property. The location feels secluded and serene, but hiking, shopping, and restaurants are very nearby. Paths around the property provide access to the river, and feel like sometging out of a storybook. My dog loved exploring with me, and following the trails. The "barn" itself is beautifully decorated, and the linens and towels are luxurious and high-quality. The kitchen is well-stocked with condiments and spices, so cooking and grilling was easy and enjoyable. The firepit and hottub were absolutely perfect for hanging out under the stars. Bill, the host, was super responsive and magically appeared with anything we needed only minutes after sending a message through the app. This was, by far, the best VRBO experience I've ever had, and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. ##### Rebecca S. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook together, sitting on the covered deck during a thunderstorm had great views, the hot tub was lovely and clean, and we got to explore towns near by.
