“Just a big gap under the door about an inch but other than that everything was pretty good.”

“The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! ”

“Definitely not a three star hotel. Hotel is older and has had repairs. Still needs some updates/repairs. We had no issues with staff, they were all polite, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean. Overall, decent stay. If I had to stay there again in a pinch I would, but still prefer 3-5 star hotels.”

“We arrived to a musty/stale cigarette smell. My husband checked the air filter and it was completely dirty. The bathtub would not drain. We would have to take showers in 30 minute increments so the tub would drain. There was mold around the tub. The smoke alarm was not attached correctly to the ceiling. We also noticed chips on the floor that was left from a previous guest so it makes me think the room wasnt cleaned properly prior to our stay. The carpet was frayed and dirty. The tub did not……

“The pool is closed for maintenance they say but it just seems to be empty with no water. The floor in our room was sticky and there was a q tip on the floor. The gfi didn't work so you couldn't use thr plug by the sink. Seems to be mainly people living there monthly. Someone knocked on our window in the middle pf the night so at that point we decided to check out early”
