“The Front Desk Manager was very nice and understanding! Due to the snow storm arriving on Saturday, we had to change our traveling plan and leave on Friday (instead of Saturday). She worked with Expedia and let us have a full refund. The hotel and room are clean and new. The breakfast is good and with various good choices.”

“El elevador descompuesto por una semana y sin servicio de bell boy para subir las maletas….increíble y el desayuno lo retiran a las 9.30 muy temprano no hicieron el servicio al cuarto a pesar que se solicitó al room service. No lo recomiendo ”
