“I always enjoy staying at hotel Millwork- centrally located, unique transformation of an old woolen mill into a modern hotel. This stay was overall good. 4/5 only because they’re one option for breakfast, which is their restaurant, was not operational the morning I left because apparently the waitress didn’t show up. There were very few other options in the Amana‘s for breakfast and the staff really had no solution to the problem. Otherwise, a good stay.”

“Truly comfortable and adorable cottage. Was great place for our visit. Clean, well-supplied, great parking with garage, comfortable beds, good communication with host. Good location with convenient access to main roads. Very pleased and would stay again!”

“The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. Staff is incredibly Friendly and Love being there wich was refreshing to see.Rooms are clean ,Daily cleaning with new towels.Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is fine and coffee is great.Thank You for everything,We will……

“Easy and fast check in and check out. We were passing by the hotel on our way to the event we were in town for and stopped to see if we were able to check in 2 hours early. The staff said our room was available. This was a very big help for my family and greatly appreciated. Breakfast was simple but all items were good quality. Easy check out at 6:00 am.”

“We chose this hotel because it is a half mile from the airport and we had an early morning (5:50am) departure. The online description highlights “Free Airport transport”. As we checked in and said that we needed a shuttle at 3:45, we were informed that shuttles started at either 5:00 or 5:30! Although the webpage says free airport shuttle, you have to open additional pop-ups to see the information saying that hours were limited. In the end I had to order an Uber to get to the airport on time.……

“The hotel was extremely clean and looked modern and newly remodeled. The beds are extremely comfortable and staff extremely pleasant. From check in to check out-a positive experience all around. I love that pet fee is reasonable. You cannot beat having your furry friend with you on your travels for only $25 as the hotel is pet friendly . I have enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Even the housekeeping is quiet and respectful and don’t start knocking at 8 am. I actually had a chance to wake up……

“We enjoyed our stay and the location of the property. The hosts have a helpful manual for the property- I recommend looking at it for their recommendations. We tried the Full Bowl, walking distance from the property and it was wonderful! There are several museums in the area that we would recommend visiting. Kismet coffee shop was great. There is hiking not too far away for outdoor people. We visited Indian Creek Nature Center and recommend it for all ages. We enjoyed the space of the property……
