The family that I encountered on the way to the pool said the pool gave them a horrible rash The couch in one of the doors in the room had extremely questionable stains Upon checkout the hotel double charged the credit card for the dog resulting in having to dispute The room itself was very pretty the view is very nice aside from the cleanliness issues I mentioned I don't think much needs to be done to raise it to a very acceptable place to stay……

“Bathroom door swings into the open. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Light switch doesn’t operate a darn thing. Where is the thermostat? Oh! Behind the door. Friendly staff. Cold beer on tap. Next to a DQ, walking distance. Parking is free and so are the smiles! ”

“Room was filthy, mold in bathroom broken TV remote, ac filter was filthy, had a musty smell. Parking lot found meth pipe and broken butcher knife on the ground. The days inn sign out front doesn't work we passed it up the first time. It's okay for a cheap room but it's false advertisement as the breakfast also wasn't included. There wasn't any fresh food other than cereal and they don't have a top burner in the room as it shows online. ”

“This hotel has become our "go to" favorite when staying in the Cedar Falls area. Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet. Safe area. Very friendly staff. A nice pool. Breakfast available in the mornings. Easy to find location not too far off of highway 20. Very close to gas stations. ”

“This place was a best-buy! The pool area is well maintained, the breakfast was basic but very well stocked, and the grounds and rooms were decently maintained. But what really made it great were the fact that this hotel has DAILY HOUSEKEEPING! Yes, it is automatic; you don't have to request it! And the best are SO comfortable. The pillows are those small ones hotels insist on anymore, but that is typical. The beds, though, are so great! And I must say that the room was very clean, and I think……
