Hotels.com some how made a mistake and didn’t send our confirmation to the hotel, not the hotels fault. They couldn't find our reservation and after almost an hour on the phone with hotels.com we were finally able to check in. The stay itself was excellent, breakfast was great.

The hotel was in a good location for what we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy, good breakfast. The room was just OK, the beds weren't very comfortable. I expected a little nicer room for a Hampton Inn.

This was one of the few cases that the reviews tricked me. The check in process was quick and painless. Once we got to the room it had an unclean odor and quickly noticed the bedding had stains in several different locations. Unfortunately, the bedding wasn't the only thing that had stains. A couple of the towels and a wash cloth also had stains. There was also a wash cloth left over on the shower rod and the shower curtain was dirty. The bag that had the blow dryer in it was also stained. We had driven 10 hours this day and needed rest, but it was very hard to sleep in filth. I am topically a postive only reviewer, but I want management and others to be aware.

The rooms could use some updates. The wall paper was peeling off, there was a patch on the wall that hasn’t been fixed. The light switch to the bathroom was located on the outside which wasn’t convenient. Carol at the front desk was amazing! The room was spacious. The bed was comfy and the hotel is centrally located to lots of food and shopping options.
