Great location, quiet building!
The condo is on a hill, away from the noise of downtown, but just a short walk away. Gorgeous views of the mountains. Wonderful communication with the owner. :)

A Nice Rental for a Quick Getaway
The property was everything we could have hoped for for our stay in Gatlinburg. The hosts were speedy with their communications, access to downtown was quick and accessible. Even got to see some bears from the safety of our balcony. 5 stars.

Super clean and great location!
This condo is clean and comfortable. I took the short walk downtown several times. Very nice to not have to pay for parking your car while enjoying the shops and restaurants. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to make your own meals. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location to spend time downtown. No water pressure in shower. Uncomfortable mattress, slept on couch which wasnt much better for all night. Condo was clean. Owner easy to communicate with. Served the purpose for a weekend trip.

The condo was small and cozy, perfect for two people to get around. Downtown Gatlinburg was about a ten minute walk away. Only problem with the stay was that we came there to dirty kitchenware. Otherwise the stay was great.

We had a great time!
Great location. We walked just about anywhere we wanted as far as dining and shopping. Did several hikes. We felt relatively safe there. Small unit, but was plenty for the two of us. Beats a hotel.

Gatlinburg Trip
Great couple of days!!! Enjoyed walking the downtown area, walked the Gatlinburg trail to the Sugarlands and rode through Cade’s Cove and was able to see a Mama Bear and her three cubs up close, it was awesome!!! Condo is great location!!!

The unit was exactly liked in the photos. The unit was clean and well stocked right down to coffee for the Kuerig maker. The owner emailed all the directions on how to get to Luarel Inn and the door code for the unit and the laundry room. I will stay here again without any hesitation.

Fall Vacation
We took a week off before our friends daughter got married in the vicinity. Everything was as advertised for this unit. The back steps can be somewhat challenging after walking the strip all evening. Of course we are mid 50's and dont normally walk that many hills.

Good location- poor property
Good location and instructions were clear and well written for check in and handy hints with property. We had a travelling party of 3. This was specified at booking and my child had no bedding supplied for 2nd bed. There was no spare sheets or pillows for 2nd bed. Door lock did not work well and we spent countless times trying to lock the premises when leaving. Good location and short walk to main strip of Gatlinburg. Quiet property

Great little condo.
Lovely room and close enough to the main strip we could just walk down and not have to pay for parking. The room was very clean and it was super quiet even though the place was super booked. Will recommend and stay again.

Great clean little place to stay.
Was very very clean. It was quite. Didn’t hear neighbors unless no one next door. Wasn’t far from down town. The walk back was rough after walking around all day. It’s all up hill but of course it’s all uphill walk back. But over all. We’ll stay here again.

Nice little place. The location is close to the village, and it was great for a couple. The bed was as hard as a rock, however, and my wife and I ended up just using the couch as a bed after 2 days. The manager was not very responsive on the app, but once we texted the number given, we got a response within 15 minutes. Overall, nice place. Wish the bed would’ve been comfier. Nicely kept place though

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice. You could walk to everything in town. This trip was a Christmas gift to our daughter. She wanted to see the ball drop from the Space Needle. We really enjoyed our condo! A fabulous trip!

Perfect mountain getaway!
The condo was the perfect spot for our family trip to see the fall colors in GSM NP. The place is compact but perfectly appointed with every comfort. Cute and fully stocked kitchen. Comfy furniture. Great water pressure. The view from the balcony awesome. Great place for my mom to hang out while my sister and I went on hikes in the park. The jacuzzi was perfect for aching muscles after a long day on the trails. The location is great. Easy access to things in town but set up and back from the main drag. It is quiet and tucked away just a bit. You can access back roads to miss a lot of traffic. The owner sent tons of helpful info before our stay. The building management was warm and welcoming. Everything was on point. Would 100% stay here again!

Clean, perfect size, and great location!
Upon arrival, the property was incredibly clean, it was up to date and it was great location. It was the perfect size for two people. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go in gatlinburg, and pulling out onto the parkway wasn’t a chore like it has been in previous locations we’ve stayed at. WiFi was okay, however we didn’t have a reason to be on our phones so we didn’t get a whole lot of use out of it. The jacuzzi was incredibly clean, and there was enough hot water to fill the whole thing. Check in process was super easy and the owner of the property was incredibly helpful with breaking the process down, and even providing a list of things to do, places to eat and etc. for the price that this owner charges, you cannot beat the location or the room itself. When we return to Gatlingburg we will be back!
