Small but clean and cozy
The building is dated but the unit itself has some fairly recent updates. Good size for 2 people. Anything more than that and you’d be on top of each other. Could use some facial tissue and sugar for the coffee. The outdoor pool was under repair and unavailable for use during our stay. Being on the 1st level and right above the outdoor pool, you could hear the construction work in the unit. I’m sure once the work is done, the balcony would be a nice place to sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee. The location was great. Just a block off the Parkway so we could just walk to the restaurants and shops, and did not have to drive and deal with the traffic.

My family an I (11 year old child an husband) absolutely loved this condo! It was walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg; very clean room, and pool. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean!
First time staying here was a little skeptical when we pulled up just because the outside has some age on it but the condo is definitely up to the times! Very clean and cute! Loved the fireplace and the bed was big and comfy. Also the walk in shower was a plus! Close to several restaurants and loved having access to the back road to beat the traffic. Definitely will be a returning customer!

Perfect for short Smoky Mountains getaway
This condo had everything we needed for a two night stay. Having laundry facilities on site was a bonus and we just had to stop to get quarters while we were out and about. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions in Gatlinburg. The electric fireplace was pleasant after hiking in the Smoky Mountains (this trip was in January). Overall the listing was exactly as described and we would recommend!

Perfect location!
This condo is perfectly located in Gatlinburg so you can walk to anything on the "main street", all within a 1-2 mile walk. It is also located right at the start of the Smoky Mountain hiking trails. It was exactly what we needed!

Property was ideally located near the Park and numerous restaurants. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The swimming pools and area around them were very clean. However the outside of the building is definitely in need of an update. Dingy and not attractive!

Quaint Condo off the Main Drag
My wife and I along with our two children had a great trip to Gatlinburg, a big part of that was this awesome little condo. Very clean, and completely as described. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The small kitchen was perfect for us to prepare breakfast before setting off on our days adventure. The building itself could use a little sprucing up, but this condo along with both pools were GREAT! I wouldn't hesitate to book this place.

In town, okay place for two adults or young family.
The property was clean, but had very little privacy. The kitchenette, consisted of a refrigerator and a stovetop with one small, and one large burner. There is no oven at all to bake anything. If you plan to cook meals, I would say not a good idea. Also the setup has the kitchen adjacent to the small l.r. which limits sleeping in. This would probably work fine for 2 adults, or 2 adults with small children. Not for adults traveling with teens.
