Saw a bear!
We enjoyed the property. The balcony was a nice place to eat and we appreciated the tables and chairs they had. Rooms were spacious, kitchen was tight squeeze. 3 bathrooms were great. Great walking distance to anything downtown. We saw a bear getting in the neighbors trash cans one night walking back from OL Red.

Spring break
My 18 yo son, his friend, my husband and I all stayed in this condo. Having three bedrooms, each with their own bath was a huge plus. Secondly, this was spring break. To park our car once at the condo, then walk every day was wonderful. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and felt it was safe enough to let the boys venture out at night on their own while we stayed back to enjoy quiet time on a great 4th floor patio or on a comfy sofa. Traffic was stupid busy and we would NOT have enjoyed fighting that ina car everyday trying to get somewhere. We stayed 4 days/3 nights. Suggestions: *master bedroom mattress is soft and creaky when you move or roll over *microfiber sheets need replaced with combed cotton sheets that won’t pill up and stick to you *use weighted shower curtain liners in the bathrooms so they don’t try to fly away when the shower is turned on. We enjoyed our condo and Gatlinburg.

Nice place
Condo was very clean with a bathroom in each bedroom. Kitchen is a little tight for a larger person. The beds range from soft(master bedroom) semi firm ( rear bedroom) to firm( front bedroom).

Great, well appointed condominium. Three bedrooms each with their own private full bathrooms. Perfect for sleeping up to six people. The walk to the main shopping areas in Gatlinburg takes about 5 minutes. Nice views from the patio and front entrance landing. Outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are available.

This condo is within easy walking distance of the Gatlinburg strip, as long as you're ok with hills. The unit itself is much smaller than it appears in pictures. It is dated and could use some updates. Literally no plugs available in the master bedroom to plug in our phones. But it is a good place if you plan on being out more than you're in.

Enjoyed our stay and was conveniently located to walk to everything in downtown gatlinburg. We could see the christmas parade from the balcony . The trolly stop was close by . The owner was great to work with . We will definitely stay there again .

We enjoyed our experience using this condo. It is well appointed and worked well for our girls’ trip of three. The kitchen is small so extensive meal cooking may not work in this unit. FYI: The condo unit does require a parking pass according to the management. This is not included in the check in instructions and management is not there all the time.

If your looking for walking to the heart of Gaitlinburg under one Ike
Unit was within walking around a mile to the heart. Clean, and communication very good. The down side the unit was very outdated, water stains on the ceiling , crammed with furniture you can barely walk around in the living room, furniture was old. HORRIBLE lighting many bulbs out, awful air flow no fans except one bedroom, HOTWATER you couldn’t take a full shower before it was cold, THE PLACE NEEDS A MAJOR FACELIFT FOR THE PRICE! If you want to walk the unit is convenient that’s why I booked ,I was disappointed in the price for the quality of the unit.
