The room is ok just have to sweep the corners ,saw dust .The elevator has to keep clean,some trash was left maybe more housekeeping staff needed.The office staff is friendly tho charges was a surprise for me cuz I didn't expect a $10. Charge for parking.

The staff was everything you would expect, nice, informative. I had an encounter with a bear in the side park. Closest I have ever been to a bear. It was pretty shocking to look up and see one. I was trying to be very aware of my surroundings. Overall we enjoyed our stay! I give it a 4 out of a 5. Does care who you are or where you are there's always room for improvement. Plan on staying there again.

We stay in quality inn creekside everytime we go to cherokee grill for dinner. It is convenient. I always prefer hilltop building. The best thing about this hotel once in a while you will be able to encounter wild bear. Staff is great.we love how you can have a great time in downtown and you can walk right back in your hotel room

This is a very very low quality hotel. The building is old and carpeting is dirty. The hotel has strong odor of bad potporri to mask the otherwise dirty musty smells. However staff is friendly and hotel has a good central location from which you can walk to many activities and restaurants.

The park at the rear of the property was extremely nice. The hotel employees were great. Hotel was undergoing some renovations which were nice.

We had no hot water in the shower The sink had hot water, but in the bathroom, there was no hot water. It was just cold tapwater so you can imagine how that felt trying to take a shower. Parking downstairs at this place is a disaster area Our room was very dingy and not well lit Our friends stayed in a room about five doors down from our room. We were in room 600 and they were in room 606 and she told me the next morning when she pulled the sheets back. There were food crumbs in their bed. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. We won’t be coming back that’s for sure

Rooms are in bad condition, mold in shower, shower head hanging off of the wall, carpeting dirty and had wear marks. Morning breakfast was not appetizing. Close to other eateries that were great. Room cleaning staff was excellent and friendly. they kept the room clean with vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom and providing extra towels. Probably would not stay there again.

The room was very clean. in the common areas, elevators unsweep, hallway and entrance never vacuumed. Over powering perfume in hallways. Bathroom doesn’t lock. Which is okay. Priced right for an ancient hotel. No ac in breakfast area.
