The parking was a tad bit of an issue because of the hotel right next to it. The line was out to the road, which made it hard for us to get into our hotel. Other than that, no issues. And it was pouring down raining.

The hotel is in the perfect spot for walking to dinner, attractions, and shops. Pretty clean and great shower water pressure. The mattress was ok (I may be spoiled to having no springs now) drink vending machines on property were all empty during our stay. They have a very small parking lot so coming back in the evenings from a day out, parking was difficult. Overall I’d stay again

Very convenient for downtown Gatlinburg. Parking was a little tight. The rooms were okay. Extremely comfortable bed. For the price it was well worth the money. I would definitely stay there again.

I’m really not sure how this property has an 8.2 on Expedia. Pros: convenient to convention center Excellent water pressure in the shower Cons : renovated refers to new carpet and new furniture Walls are paper thin - we could hear the entire conversation of our neighbors all night long and early morning Mold in the bathroom Dirty air conditioning units Our view was of the side of the convention center Very dark and musty hallways Very limited parking - the staff does the best they can to make sure every one has a spot but there’s only so much they can do The hallways, elevator and stairways are dark, dirty and just beat up

Convenient location! Recent room renovations make for a nice touch. Pool was very clean. A black bear was foraging one evening just outside the property fencing up the adjacent hillside road within 100 feet. I do recommend the property as an affordable and nice option. Stayed four nights and received a housekeeping care package of extra towels on second night- didn't need or ask for any other linens.

Parking is a challenge if your vehicle is not on the property by 5PM. My friend and I were sitting on the balcony and the house keepers swept the debris off the balcony causing litter and the litter hit my friend and I in the face. The price is right, rooms are good, water pressure is excellent in the shower.
