Enjoyable festival weekend with family
Our group of 10 adults, and a four kids had lots of space indoors and out. The property has a huge back yard, and feels private, even though it's an association neighborhood. Some of the bedrooms are more private than others - the shortest way to an upstairs bathroom was through one of the bedrooms - but there were two staircases to move through the house, so it worked for us. There were weight restrictions of 75 lbs on the upper bunks, so that did affect who slept where. The master bedroom was huge, downstairs with it's own bathroom. The kitchen/dining area and living room were the smallest areas with seating for 8-10. The hot tub was great, and there was an extra refrigerator in the garage, which was helpful for our large group. We would definitely go back.

Something for every age
We had multi-generational family vacation and it was a blast! Kids loved bike riding and playing putt putt. Older folks enjoyed the beautiful deck and backyard. We played cornhole, made smores at the fire ring and played games at the huge dining room table. We loved the local pool and beach as well as the Cherry Festival in Traverse City. All in all great memories for all of us!

Yearly Golf Trip
We loved our stay at this amazing property. The yard is very large and private, you would hardly know you were in a neighborhood. The home is great and has plenty of sleeping space. One thing to note is that 3 of the beds are bunk beds where the top bunks have a 75-lb weight limit, so keep that in mind if your group is all adults. Other than that we loved everything about the property and would absolutely recommend staying here! We would love to come back!

Beautiful home close to Gaylord!
We had a fantastic time on the property. The backyard is massive and a perfect spot for yard games and any outdoor activities. One thing that caught us off guard was the 75lb limit for top bunks in the bunk room. Outside of that, it was a perfect stay!

Beautiful home - wonderful time!
Myself and 9 friends had a wonderful time at this beautiful property to go snowmobiling for a long weekend. The home had so many beautiful features, including the towel rack right over the heaters so you had WARM towels after a shower. The master bedroom and bathroom was comfortable. The homeowners posted numerous notes throughout the house, which were all helpful. Would 100% stay here again if our travels take us to Gaylord !

Great location for multiple families
We had multiple families with children ranging from infant to 7 years old, and this was the perfect property. Everyone had their own space when needed and there was plenty of room in the backyard for fun and games. The pool and park area was just a short drive away when we wanted to go for a swim , and there was access nearby to do some fishing and kayaking. We had one minor issue pop up with house, but the owner promptly responded and we were able to get things figured out. I would absolutely stay here again!

Decent Property
Overall, the property was good and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that we ran into, but nothing major. One big one was a wasp nest (don't let this turn you away, bugs are to be expected in this sort of area!). The owner very quickly helped us to resolve this issue so that we were able to get back to enjoying ourselves. Also, you aren't able to control the temperature throughout the house so it did get pretty hot during the day. Luckily it gets cool at night so leaving the windows open helps to cool the place down so you can sleep and fans are provided. There are some things that I would assume would have been provided based on previous stays elsewhere, but not necessarily here. I suggest asking the owner about it before your trip because the closest store is about 22 minutes away. Overall, it was a good stay and a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet!

Summer Time Fun
The whole family had a good time. The place was roomy enough we didn’t feel we were on top of each other ,all 15 of us.The little girls loved the toys, horse and barn was a hit. The pool was something for all ages. The off road trails for the guys was easy access. It would of been more helpful to have a better map how to get to the pool. You need more gas for the grill . Thanks for the Memories Teresa B.
