The overall stay was satisfactory, with clean and well-maintained rooms. However, we did encounter some issues at check-in. The staff member assisting us had difficulty locating our reservation, and there was a mix-up with the shuttle service to the airport, resulting in a scheduling error. These inconveniences were disappointing, but the room itself met our expectations.

My mom & I stayed at this hotel last Mon. We got into our hotel around 8pm. It was about 90 degrees outside and humid. We both entered the hotel room and locked our hotel door with the deadbolt and the slide/safety latch. We then entered the balcony and shut the door and this is when we got locked on the balcony because the metal lock inside the room slide down the minute we shut the door. Neither my mom or I had our phones with us. We then had to yell to get another person attention to go let the front desk know we were locked on our balcony. This took about 30 min for the front desk guy to come upstairs and unlock the room next to ours as the balconies were all connected and only divided by a metal farm fence. This was after I suggested this to the front desk guy myself as the next room was empty. We then got into the hotel and they were unable to enter our room due to not being able to get the safety latch open. This took over an HOUR with two workers attempting to open the door. The front desk guy attempted first with an “emergency tool” for over 10-15 minutes all while FaceTiming the maintenance main. After about 30 minutes of waiting on the maintenance man to arrive he attempted to use this tool to unlock the door and was unable to for approx 15 minutes. Another person staying st the hotel offered his opinion on what to use to break the lock and get us in but the maintenance main refused. He then used a screw dry to pry the lock off and open the door. awful.

I liked my stay very much. Would have liked to have had towel racks in the bathroom and bathroom lighting was not as bright as I would have liked. All in all very comfortable though. I would stay there again. Thank you.

Bathroom was separate from the bedroom so no lav outside the bath.We prefer all the bath facilities in one separate room. It was decently quiet. Bathroom door and desk show damage. Beds were very nice and comfortable. Sheets and mattress were very comfortable. Elevator was warm and made a constant electrical sound.
