“The staff is extremely helpful. Because the day I stay is New Year Eve. My daughter wants to play firework. I find many shops and supermarkets but can’t find any. At last, I ask the receptionist who has golden moustache help me to check and call the shops one by one. However, all in Swiss are sold out. “Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. ”

“坦白说，作为五星级酒店，洲际酒店很让我失望。房间很小，和国内四星级差不多。没有什么特别奢华的感觉。价格算成人民币也要3000多，国内同等价位任何一家酒店都可以完爆它。地理位置也很一般，旁边有5路公交车连接机场和市区火车站等地，公交车站名就是intercontinental。唯一的优点就是靠近日内瓦湖和联合国总部吧。我觉得作为联合国差旅人员住比较合适，旅游度假的人还是算了。”

“The hotel is near airport. You can take No.10 bus from airport to Pailly station, it just takes 10 mins to the hotel. Also, easy to go to down town. Take the same bus to the down town only take 15mins. For the room, it is large enough to open your baggage and very clean. The toilet and bathroom are separated which is very nice. And the sink is outside the toilet. For the staff, they are kind and helpful. So I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit ……
