“The place looked nothing like the pictures on line. As soon as we walked in the apartment it had a smell of natural gas. The place was dark and just out right depressing especially to spend the Christmas holidays. We left with on a hour of arrival and found a hotel. I have requested a refund even willing to take half, the owner has not responded as of Dec 27 are check out day.”

Had to wait outside on the street hoping for assistance from host or management. Eventually had to call (using high cost international minutes) to get replacement codes.
