“No check in personal on site- they cover the hotel remotely. During check in the staff mixed up the keys and room allocation, which resulted that they assigned me a room which was already occupied. Then I received different room but the key I got didn’t work to get in. Finally, some hotel staff arrived and helped to give me access. Room looked clean at first but after a closer look I realized that there plenty of hair around the bathroom from someone who did some serious shaving, shower was……

“The room was clean and the breakfast was good!”

“The room and staff were fine. The breakfast was disappointing because they were out of many items; making it difficult to have a decent breakfast.”

“Overall the room was clean but we were on the first floor and the bathroom floor was so creaky under the tile it was concerning. Then I stepped into the shower and thought I was literally going to fall thru the floor. The floor is completely rotted under it and they had one of those rubber bath mats in there so they had to know. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread. The mattress was newer but hard as a rock. The lady that checked us in was really nice. We would not come stay again at this……
