“Very cozy and clean. It has charm that new and newly remodeled hotels do not have. For example, the coffee cups were ceramic, instead of paper.”

“Overall excellent, but I noticed two things that need improvement. First, the heater, air conditioner/heater seemed to be working independently of the thermostat. I finally got the temperature to be comfortable, but it required a lot of experimentation. Also, there was snow and ice outside the exit that was not addressed in a timely fashion. I almost fell as I was exiting the first time in the morning. That was at 9:00AM.”

“I was charged twice for my two water bottles. I told him it was on my card twice. “It will come off in a minute”. 24 hours later it is still there”
