The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great.”

“Kamer was ruim, schoon, had een vide met bed voor een derde persoon (ook heel ruim), modern ingericht (beetje Ikea stijl) en een keurige badkamer. We mochten gebruik maken van zitjes op de gang en koffie en thee faciliteiten en het ontbijt was uitgebreid met zelfs verse jus d'orange (waar vind je dat nog). "This is not the room that I booked. Hotel’s staff upgrade me to an 4th floor apartment by the side of the hotel. The room is lovely and Italy style. However the bed is very soft and there is so noisy at night (a bar nearby open to 2am). The apartment have lift that I don’t need to take my luggage climbing up."
