“This is not the room that I booked. Hotel’s staff upgrade me to an 4th floor apartment by the side of the hotel. The room is lovely and Italy style. However the bed is very soft and there is so noisy at night (a bar nearby open to 2am). The apartment have lift that I don’t need to take my luggage climbing up.”

“Great location. The bathroom was modern and the bedroom had the traditional shutter door to a window over looking a lovely italian building. Comfy bed, lots of space in the bedroom. On our visit to Italy we stayed kn 3 hotels and this was our favourite ”
