"This was our first stay in Germany and we were very happy with the location. Igno was wonderful upon greeting us, making sure we had everything needed, he was even willing to help us with getting travel for our group of 7 when we were unable to speak the language (he actually stopped eating dinner with his family to assist!!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank Igno for his hospitality."

Der Whirlpool ist leider kaputt, die Dusche leicht undicht, das Bad ein Durchgangszimmer, die einzelne Toilette im Erdgeschoss direkt im Abgang zum Keller, die Treppe in die Schlafetage unregelmäßig und sehr steil. Die Umgebung nahe an der Nahe ist für Spaziergänge ideal. Für Leute, die gerne Fernsehen gibt es Netflix und co kostenlos."

"Large place with separate bedrooms, large living room and well stocked kitchen. Our family of four was comfortable during our two night stay. We had good communication via email with the property. The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. It is on a big hill so a bit of schlep into the small commercial district and driving a stick was tricky, but parking was easy. Place was clean and stocked with the minimum, but one bathroom sink didn't work and...

The home is extremely well-kept with beautiful renovations. It was wonderful to stay here for Christmas in this cozy home and enjoy the amazing jacuzzi tub. It is worth every cent!"

"The property is surrounded by beautiful fields and vineyards in a non-touristy part of the area, but also close to towns like Mainz, Wiesbaden and Heidelberg. Very close to local supermarkets too. It was great for us - clean & well appointed. Only downsides were no Wi-Fi (which we knew about beforehand) and the property on-site wine tasting was shut for a holiday whilst we were there."

"We had a short five day stay in July 2023. The property was very convenient and located in a lovely hamlet close to Woorsatdt, close to and easily accessible from the A61 and A63 Autobahns in a beautiful setting amongst vineyards. Our hostess made us very welcome and she was very helpful as we tried to communicate with very little German and English. There is lots to see and do. We have no hesitation in recommending this property."

"Das Doppelhaus ist etwas versteckt mit herrlichen Ausblick in den Wald. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Garten mit Terrassen sehr schön gestaltet. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden, von Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, sogar etwas Brennholz bis zu Gewürzen war alles da. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir haben das Häuschen gleich wieder gemietet und freuen uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt."

"Das Wochenende in Mainz war sehr schön. Das Hofhaus war schön gemütlich, sauber und einladend. Im zugehörigen Innenhof konnte man sich gemütlich und in Ruhe aufhalten, was bei dem Wetter perfekt war! Der Vermieter, Ingo, war sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat während dem Wochenende immer wieder sichergestellt, dass es an nichts fehlt und super Programmtipps für in und um Finthen gegeben, die man sonst vielleicht nicht gefunden hätte. "The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home. "Easy parking. Clean and comfortable. It will be good if reservation number can be provided in advance but when ask thru they answer quite fast so overall it is great including the self check in"
