This property has everything you could want for a fun family get away, less than 15min from North Beach Bear Lake, fire pit, grill, absolutely amazing indoor pool, everything you would need from towels to beach chairs and an amazing host who made sure we had the best time ever. We were a family of 4 with a pet and by the end of the trip the kids and even the dog didn’t want to leave! This is a vacation home we will be back to! Thank you for an amazing opportunity to celebrate our daughters 9th birthday!"

"Our family loves staying at this home. There are enough bedrooms that each of our children has a room for their family. There are plenty of bathrooms, so never a need to wait. The kitchen is roomy and there is an extra refrigerator in the garage just outside the kitchen. The kids love the yard with the sand pit/volleyball court. There is plenty of room for them to run around outside. In the evening they enjoy making s’mores around the fire pit. The grounds are spacious and well kept. The bunkhouse is great for a family or as a space for the older cousins to hang out. The owners are gracious and accommodating as is the sweet lady who cleans for them. They even went to the extra effort of personally returning , all the way to our home in Salt Lake city, some items we had unintentionallyleft behind. I can’t really say enough nice things about this home and these owners."

"We recently stayed at The Heritage at Bear Lake with a large group and had an excellent experience. The property was exceptionally well-suited for gathering with family and friends. The spacious indoor common areas gave everyone plenty of room to relax, visit, and spend time together without ever feeling crowded.One of the biggest highlights was how accommodating the home was for families with children. The layout provided individual bedrooms that allowed each family to have their own private space while still being part of the larger group experience.The outdoor gathering area was another standout feature. There was ample space for games, activities, and simply enjoying time together outside. The location is also fantastic—just a short distance from North Beach, making it easy to enjoy everything Bear Lake has to offer.The kitchen was fully functional, well-stocked, and equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. It made cooking and dining together easy and enjoyable.The host was extremely communicative and helpful even into the later hours of our first night's stay there. Overall, The Heritage at Bear Lake exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place for a large family gathering. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly place to stay near Bear Lake."
