“The place is very nice and beautiful. The only disappointed thing was the TV channels. It was all local channels. I was told it was the settings, i should have let them know . I think everything should be reset before the guest comes in. Also couple of times that the maintenance men were trying to come in, unaware that the room was occupied. “The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. ”
