"The location close to the Accra shopping mall was great, it enabled me to buy internet access and other essentials that I needed for the start of my trip.The room was clean and well presented and the staff were very helpful. As a solo traveller, I selected the hotel principally because of the airport pickup and location, I was not disappointed by either. Also the notel internet was reliable."

"The room felt much smaller than it looked in the pictures, which was already a bit disappointing. What really bothered me, though, was the condition of the bedding. The comforter and throw pillows were clearly dirty and didn’t look like they had been properly cleaned. To be fair, when I raised the issue, they did respond and changed the sheets. But later, I noticed the comforter itself was still filthy and had to ask again for it to be replaced. That’s when things became frustrating. Instead of simply fixing the issue, the host called me and questioned why I was asking for another change, as if I was being unreasonable. Honestly, that didn’t sit well with me. Basic cleanliness shouldn’t require multiple requests, and guests shouldn’t have to explain why dirty bedding needs to be replaced. Although they eventually changed it, the way it was handled felt dismissive and a bit disrespectful. Another disappointment was the restaurant. I ordered a breakfast meal (eggs and salmon), and the portion was surprisingly small for the price. It felt overpriced for what was served. When I brought it up, the reaction I got was laughter, which made the experience even worse. It came across as though my concern wasn’t taken seriously at all. The only positive part of my stay was the security staff, they were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the reception staff were quite the opposite. They came across as cold, moody, and not very accommodating. "

"The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great as well. The only downside is that the room was not clean at all. The shower was very dirty and kitchen countertops were not cleaned."

"The daily breakfast offerings were always different, which provided great variety and gave you a true taste of Ghana. That was a highlight of my stay. The staff overall were wonderful, friendly, and welcoming, and I would definitely return. The pool area itself was nice and relaxing; however, there was a noticeable smell of garbage coming from a nearby field filled with trash that was visible from the area. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the hotel added some attractive décor to block that view and make the space more appealing. That said, there are a few other areas I believe could be improved. First, the restaurant charges for bottled water, even though it is complimentary in the rooms, which felt inconsistent. Also, during breakfast, if you request a juice outside of what is offered that day—especially due to allergies—you are charged extra, which seems unreasonable. Lastly, I had an issue at checkout. I paid my bill in full, but while I was at the airport about to board my flight, I received a message stating that I had been undercharged and still owed money. I was sent an invoice to pay immediately. While I did pay the amount they claimed I owed, it was frustrating and confusing that this was not identified at checkout. It also felt a bit insulting, as I take pride in paying my bills honestly and on time. Overall, it was a good experience, but better communication, improved surroundings, and more accurate billing processes would make a difference. "
