"Stayed here for a conference and loved how close it was to everything within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again and take advantage of the amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly, food in the hotel was also delicious, highly recommend asking staff for their favorites and things to do in the area. Bed was firm, pillows came in soft and firm and sheets were pristine. Room was quiet with hardly any outside noise in the hall. "

"Staff were very friendly. They did a lot to make us welcome. There was a mishap due to fire nearby, power was cut off, so it got hot in the room with no A/C, but that was outside of their control. They did what they could to help during the process. Room was pretty good, but shower is poor design. Water leaks through a gap onto the floor."

"Excellent location, near lots of restaurants and food options, conveniently located downtown between Gastown and Yaletown. Our corner room on the 10th floor had a great view, was comfortable and quiet, with blackout curtains and temp controlled AC. Only 2 down sides, though not enough to drop stars: -Check-in was prompt at 4pm, although the gentleman at the reception had previously told us to return around 1 or 2pm as our room was already ready but we would have to pay a fee to check in earlier, then when we returned at 3:20pm he said there were no rooms available. -The two free water bottles were only provided the first night. Given the cheap cost of water bottles, it'd be nice if they were provided each night, at least if specifically requested (we asked the reception and they said they only supply for the first night)."

"Grand Park was an older hotel downtown that was super convenient and adjacent to an area with a lot of great dining options. Front desk staff was very helpful and it was a 10 minute Uber to Roger's arena and 25 minute safe walk back after the show. "

"At first, we were a bit disappointed to find out that this hotel is individually operated and not managed by THE St. Regis group of hotels. The location is very central, close to the port, airport rail/bus and public transportation. Some „users“ in the streets and vacant locals. The staff was excellent and we want to point out the excellent breakfast experience thanks to Itzel, Nimali, Vyvy, and Anita. The bar and steakhouse were also excellent with knowledgeable professionals running a great drink and dining operation. "

"Located in the financial hub of Vancouver, the Hyatt Alberni is convenient for the shops and restaurants on Robson Street and near to the cruise terminal. The junior suite that I had was spacious and well maintained. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for pre-cruise accommodation. "

"Every single part of our experience at the Pacific Rim was truly wonderful! We stayed for a total of 3 nights at this hotel and had booked the Deluxe two Queen Bed Room! If we can give one advice, it’s that we definitely recommend a stay here. The staff, the hotel, and every other detail was carefully articulated. As you went past workers, each person said a polite “Hi/ How are you” increasing engagement and creating a welcoming environment. The restaurants, the hotel area, and all features inside were beautifully arranged, ensuring comfort and convenience. As per the rooms, every detail was so well thought. There was proper water, coffee, and other amenities obviously available and they were restocked immediately when needed! The hotel also has a messaging service where you can text hotel guest services for anything you may need, any questions you may have, or other details. This is available at anytime, 24/7! The staff is also very kind when providing anything extra for comfort. We had requested a blanket around 2:30 in the morning, and it was delivered almost immediately! Anytime we also needed extra coffee mugs or water, staff was always available to provide it. Furthermore, the rooms were very clean and well furnished to have the latest facilities. Overall, our stay was absolutely exquisite. From the rooms to the overall hotel, we will for sure be staying here every-time we return to Vancouver!"
