AC not working, no access to balcony from penthouse unit, for ‘insurance reasons’ unless of course you stay for a week? Really unclear about it. Neighbouring unit was rented by a bunch of young people that played loud music and screamed half the night from THEIR balcony. Decent kitchen, everything you’d need to prep food for yourself. Excellent location. So many dining options! Close to pedestrian shopping street, buses.

Large apartment with great kitchen and very comfortable bed. However a very hot apartment. There was no way to cool the room down in the afternoon except to open the windows to the hoons driving around in their" hotted up " cars. Had to shut the windows in order to sleep, then woke up to a very hot room. Turned the boiler temperature down, to no avail. Staff apologetic and explained that the building itself was very old. A fan would have significantly helped! Great position, just across the square from Queen Street Station. Beware of the hot water! About every two minutes you got scalding hot water lasting for 5 seconds, so showering became a bit of a dance! Could be a risk of a burn if young children are showering.

Our family booked two rooms for our visit to Glasgow. One of the rooms was a 2-bedroom penthouse suite, and we loved the amount of space, full kitchen, and peace and quiet during our stay. We were mainly focused on exploring the surrounding area, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the rooms - mostly in the evenings. It was nice having access to George Square for the hop on, hop off busses and to walk to restaurants. Unfortunately we were not permitted access to the balcony due to safety concerns, although it looked like an excellent place to relax. I hope Premier Suites will open this area back up to future guests. Additionally, we had some issues getting the dryer to function. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

We stayed in the Premier suites penthouse. Was disappointed before I even arrived- when looking at where to stay I was drawn to the picture of the balcony with the view. Only to find out in an email AFTER booking that they haven’t been insured for anyone to use it since 2021. But my biggest issue was the heat. There were no radiators on but the appartment was like a sauna. Aircon in living room wouldn’t work. 2 fans were in the room but with such a short cord they were ineffective in the living room. If they sort the heat the suites are fantastic- well equipped kitchen, brilliant location and clean. We also arrived early to drop our bags of but were able to check in early.

Another absolutely wonderful stay in my favourite place. Huge, comfortable rooms, great kitchen facilities, lovely bedrooms and gorgeous bathrooms make this my go-to accommodation choice when staying in Glasgow. Great staff and outstanding location. Can’t be beaten and highly recommended.

Good base, clean, light and spacious.
The one bed apartment is spacious and comfortable. It could easily be 5 stars but they have slumped on the finishing touches. Eg cracked tiles in the bathroom, mismatched furniture, poorly equipped kitchen. They mention sound proofing and blackout blinds and I never heard anything from inside but there is street noise and there is an inch gap around the blinds so the bedroom is very light. Reception closed an hour early the day I arrived but they sent a code to get in so I was nervous but it was ok. Otherwise staff were pleasant and helpful when I had questions.

Location is great.
Nice place. I had to wait over 2 hours for my room to be ready so was given the penthouse instead. i stayed during a heat wave and the Aircon didn't work. We were given fans but all they did was blow warm air around with the force of butterfly wings. The rooms were very comfortable. Location is perfectly placed in Glasgow. 2 mins away from Queen street station and airport bus stop. despite its central location its not to affected by noise to much. i would stay here again but i do think the prices is around £50-70 too expensive.

This hotel really fell short of our expectations, based on the pictures and other online reviews. It doesn't have a lobby or front desk staffed round the clock. When we arrived in our room, there was strong, lingering smell of some kind of cleaner like bleach that gave us a headache and we couldn't get rid of by opening the window. The bathroom didn't come close to matching the photos online. The couch was so worn you could see the wood frame coming through the torn upholstery. After 20 minutes, we decided the room wasn't going to work for us and left to find another hotel. The staff was understanding and did give us a partial refund according to the Orbitz. Policy.
