Cleaners knocked and before I could answer , entered within a second twice within the span of 20 minutes , this was around 9am . I hadn’t put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on but I was in the middle of changing my ileostomy bag (similar to colostomy) and didn’t think . Still though , I would like it if the cleaners waited for a response/no response before walking in . For it to happen twice in 20 minutes , I was quite angry about it . Shame as it’s a really nice hotel otherwise and because of that I’d avoid booking again .

The view from my window of the waterfront was beautiful, my room was ready early so the wonderful lady at the welcome desk checked me in early. The staff were all so polite, warm & welcoming & the room was decorated nicely. TV hooked up to my phone for movie in bed & the bathroom was stunning. Great visit I’ll definitely be back.

Very happy with this hotel, it was convenient to 2 train stations and the heart of downtown Glasgow. Room was great, big tv, clean, pretty quiet. Our room included breakfast, a nice surprise since we didn't know we were getting that and it was delicious! Wonderful selection and delicious food.

Very nice hotel. Located just a couple of blocks from Argyle St. and Princes Square for shopping. Also close to Central Station. Our room overlooked the Clyde River and the rail bridge, which meant we could hear the trains, but the sound was muted. No whistles. Did not bother our sleep. Very good breakfast buffet. Car park garage across street and down a block. Would stay there again

Great hotel at a central location of Glasgow city centre. Wonderful rooms with super king beds in their executive rooms Rainfall shower was really spacious and the water was perfect temperature. Check-in was very easy and the staff were warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay if you are in the city for a short break.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The location was right in the city center, so it was walkable to lots of food and entertainment options. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Somehow it was our cheapest hotel of the 3 we stayed in on our UK trip, but it was also the nicest. Definitely would stay here again.

El hotel no tiene estacionamiento pero si los contactas por adelantado hay un estacionamiento en frente y te hacen descuento haciendo una reserva online en la página del antes de tu llegada con un código proporcionado por el hotel. El hotel es muy lindo, moderno y el cuarto en muy buenas condiciones. El restaurante es pequeño y se llena pronto para el desayuno.

Will definitely stay here again. So funny, during my stay the fire alarm went off around 10pm and we all had to evacuate. No emergency though and we were cleared to go back in within 15 minutes. Such a funny memory for a night in Glasgow. At least their fire alarm works!!! Very clean and modern. I loved the location. Every place I went was walkable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
