"Very clean. Clear directions and communication from the host."

"This house exceeded our expectations ! The house was immaculate and had everything you could think of . My kids loved the back yard . They played pickle ball , went in the hot tub and then at night we would make s’mores and watch movies on the outdoor screen ! North Conway has so much to do but we honestly didn’t want to leave the house !! The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh ! We loved the smeg appliances in the kitchen . Making espresso in the morning was amazing...

"Wonderful clean and comfortable home close to many great sites and restaurants. Would not hesitate to return!!"

"Our stay was perfect. "

"Came up with my family of four and had a great time. House was immaculate, cozy and just as described! Would stay again! "

"Our group of 7 adults had a fantastic overnight stay at Gooseneck Lodge. The huge deck overlooking the river was a favorite place to spend time visiting and listening to the river. A relaxing soak in the hot tub, followed by s'mores and hot dogs by the fire pit was the perfect end to the night. Our only regret was not having more time to stay!"

"Although we were only there for one night and we didn't spend a lot of time in the house, our group enjoyed our stay at this property. It was convenient to many activities, and restaurants in the area. The house was very clean and had just enough space for the six of us to relax."

"Beautiful condo with everything you need! Great location for hiking and town-going, we loved dinner at the White Mountain Cider Co. and hiking Mout Pierce! Would 100% stay again:)"
