The place was really clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I would really recommend this motel if you are looking for a budget friendly and clean stay at the heart of Goderich.

Room had a good bar fridge and microwave. TV was okay; not much channel selection. Property is located next ti small strip mall with lots of food choices and a convenience store. Easy walk to banks and additional shopper in the downtown square. Price was reasonable for the room. Bathroom was clean with adequate shower facilities.

The staff were super welcoming upon my arrival and the room was comfortable, clean, and I had no issues with the wi-fi. Free on-site parking was also incredibly convenient and the location was walking distance from several restaurant options (Subway, Tim Hortons, etc.). My favourite part was probably how cute the exterior of the motel was. I definitely enjoyed my stay at this location!

Great stay. I have been at the Maple Leaf Motel several times over more than 20 years. I have always loved it, and I find it to be better than ever under the most recent management! I received courteous service, found updated equipment in rooms, which were extremely clean. I will be back, when my travels bring me to Goderich!

Good basic accommodations

Good accommodations close to downtown Goderich. Cute little motel. I arrived late, about 11:30pm but still got friendly service. The unit is a basic motel unit with so-so wifi but clean and functional.
